SharePoint Migration Readiness Review
For organisations running SharePoint 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition or hybrid environments. It ends with a destination you can defend and a list of what will stop you, before anyone buys a migration tool.
We do not sell a migration before proving what needs to migrate, where it should go, and what can stop it. This is the engagement that produces that proof. It is deliberately small, it has an end, and it leaves you with a document you can put in front of the person who signs.

How it runs
- One or two workshops with the people who know the estate, not only the people who own the budget.
- An initial inventory of what is actually there, taken from your environment and not from memory.
- Analysis against the supported paths documented by Microsoft, with the source for each claim.
- A written report and a walkthrough of it.
What you get
An executive summary that a decision-maker can read in ten minutes, and a technical annex that an architect can argue with. Both name their sources. Where we do not know something, the report says so instead of estimating.
Before you ask for this
