Role Overview

As an Application Support Specialist, you will join pH7x Systems' support team based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, responsible for the stability and continuity of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with large-scale clients in demanding environments, ensuring fast and effective resolution of critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for enterprise applications (internal and client-facing).
• Diagnose issues, analyze logs, and identify root causes.
• Support integration, updates, and system maintenance activities.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base entries.
• Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, and produce regular reports.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in application support roles.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, IIS, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Availability for a hybrid work model with occasional on-site presence in Lisbon.
